Trillium Patio - Canton

This project was to design a new patio for their existing production brewery in Canton, MA. The design shifted from a trellis concept to a full roof to cover two-thirds of the patio. The design features a section to house a daily food truck, picnic style seating and a drink rail incorporated into the guardrail surrounding the patio. The images show some conceptual trellis ideas as well as the finished full roof patio enclosure. The roof is sloped to highlight the grain silos beyond and also covers their coolship open air fermentation system in the winter.
